My best leadership skill is Motivation. This is my best skill because as an individual i can build employee self-esteem through recognition and inspire their workers to go the extra mile for their organizations. My worst leadership skill is communication because sometimes I get nervous and i find it hard to speak what’s on mind clearly to others.
